Harvia, a leader in sauna and spa solutions, wanted their online shopping experience to better reflect the quality and customization of their products. Harvia already had 3D on their roadmap when Nic, Harvia’s Director of Marketing, was connected with Epigraph.
Together they launched a fully interactive 3D Customizer that let shoppers visualize and configure saunas in real time — choosing finishes, windows and door types, and even swap heater models.
Saunas are a considered purchase, with high variability in customer preferences and environments. Harvia’s previous e-commerce limitations made it sometimes challenging for customers to confidently understand their options and envision the final product, often leading to drop-offs and long decision cycles.
