About You

You're a proactive, clear communicator who’s highly organized, self-driven, and customer focused. You navigate ambiguity with ease, translate between technical and client needs, and balance empathy with assertiveness to keep projects moving forward.

About the Role

As the face of Epigraph to our clients, the Customer Success Manager builds strong relationships, manages projects, and drives client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You’ll guide clients through the full project lifecycle—collaborating with internal teams from kickoff to delivery—while ensuring they see continued value in our solutions. 

On the sales side, you’ll handle inbound project requests from existing customers as well as actively identify new opportunities. You’ll lead the full sales process—from discovery and scoping through budgeting, proposals, and close—always aligned with customer needs.

You’ll also manage subscriptions post-project, handling onboarding, performance reviews, QBRs, renewals, and expansions. Strong account management is essential—this includes maintaining close client relationships, understanding their objectives, and serving as a trusted advisor.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer-Facing Project Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout active projects
  • Lead client onboarding, including kickoff calls and gathering necessary info
  • Respond to inbound requests from existing customers, owning the sales process from initial call through close
  • Lead expansion efforts and conduct proactive outreach to uncover new opportunities and customer needs
  • Success Management: Manage client dashboards and run QBRs post-project
  • Manage renewals and lead expansion conversations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, prioritizing needs and setting expectations
  • Maintain thorough records of all client touchpoints in CRM
  • Contribute to the culture of Knowledge Sharing, including best practices and internal feedback
