Almost Heaven, a leader in sauna and spa solutions, had 3D on their roadmap when their Director of Marketing was connected with the Epigraph team. Together they launched a fully interactive 3D Customizer that lets shoppers visualize and configure saunas in real time — choosing finishes, windows and door types, and even swap heater models.
Saunas are a considered purchase, with high variability in customer preferences and environments. Almost Heaven's previous e-commerce limitations made it challenging for customers to confidently understand their options and envision the final product, often leading to drop-offs and long decision cycles.
